Hello, my name is David Rogers and I am an award-winning landscape and nature photographer currently based on the idyllic Sapphire Coast, located on the south coast of NSW Australia. My goal is to capture this spectacular landscape in an intimate way – by watching and understanding how each location reacts under different environmental conditions – whether it be the seasons, sun-angles, swell-size, tide-levels, wind directions, cloud patterns, star trails or moon cycles. For me, loading the backpack with photography equipment and hiking out to shoot sunrise or sunset is the ultimate bliss.
